Thank you for your interest in the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative. In order for your school to participate in YPI, we ask that you commit to the following:

Teachers will follow the outline of the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) Scheme of Work |

Teachers will commit to teach all 8 lessons provided |
| • |
YPI is intended for year 9 or 10 students |
| • |
The school will permit and encourage students to make site visits to charities |
| • |
The school will arrange an assembly in order to allow the finalists from each class to present oral proposals to a panel of independent judges and other pupils |

To ensure that YPI evaluation forms provided are filled out by all participating teachers and pupils and returned to the Institute for Philanthropy |
| • |
The Head Teacher and Senior Management Team will fully support the YPI Lead Teacher in ensuring YPI is implemented successfully |
