We at the Toskan Casale Foundation are pleased that your school has agreed to teach our Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) for the academic year of 2007/2008.
In order for us to deliver the YPI Lesson Plans for this course, we require your agreement with the following:

To follow the outline of the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI) Lesson Plans provided by the Toskan Casale Foundation |

To commit to teach all Lessons (if time does not permit, exclude Optional Lessons) |
| • |
The YPI Lesson Plans and program content provided by the Toskan Casale Foundation is to be used solely for the school year indicated |
| • |
The program is intended to target grade 9 or 10 students |
| • |
The program will be taught in a mandated course and will be implemented in all classes of that particular course |
| • |
A minimum of 25 students will be participating in the program |
| • |
Your school will permit students to make off-campus site visits to candidate charities |
| • |
To arrange an assembly in order to allow the finalists from each class to present oral proposals to a panel of judges |

Once the successful presentation has been selected and announced, the school should arrange for a presentation ceremony so that the winning team can present the $5000 gift from the Toskan Casale Foundation to the selected charity and in turn, the charity is offered the opportunity to speak about its activities and the significance of the gift |

To ensure the evaluation forms provided by the Toskan Casale Foundation are filled out by all participating teachers and returned to the Toskan Casale Foundation
